1. Scope of these terms

These Terms of Use apply to the website operated by FANGSI Building Materials under the fangsiwpc.com domain. They govern your access to and use of the site, including any text, graphics, images, videos, downloadable files and other material available on it. Separate terms govern the sale of products — those are set out in the Pro-forma Invoice for each order.

2. Content & information

All information on this site — product descriptions, dimensions, colours, technical properties, photos and FAQs — is provided for general information. Information may be updated, changed or replaced at any time. Final specifications for any order are those confirmed in the relevant quotation and Pro-forma Invoice.

Note on colour. Colour representation depends on your screen calibration and lighting. Always confirm a colour against an actual sample or colour chip before ordering large quantities.

3. Intellectual property

This website and its contents are owned by FANGSI Building Materials or licensed to it. You may view, download and print individual pages for your own use in evaluating or procuring our products. You may not copy, republish, sell or otherwise redistribute any portion of the site — including product photography, technical drawings, brand marks or page layouts — without our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site to:

• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site or attempt to bypass security.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware or any other harmful code.
• Send unsolicited communications through our contact forms (spam).
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with FANGSI.
• Scrape the site or harvest personal data of visitors.

5. Quotations & orders

A quotation shared by FANGSI WPC is an offer to supply on the stated terms, valid for the period shown on the quotation. Placing an order is your acceptance of the offer and creates a binding sale contract once we acknowledge the order and confirm a production slot. The Pro-forma Invoice that follows sets out the binding specifications, quantities, prices and Incoterm.

6. Third-party links

This site may link to third-party websites (couriers, payment processors, certification bodies, etc.) for your convenience. We do not control, endorse or take responsibility for the content or practices of those websites.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FANGSI WPC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability under these Terms of Use is limited to USD 100.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Linyi, Shandong.
