FANGSI WPC accepts the following payment methods for sample orders and bulk production. Final terms depend on order size, destination and any prior trading history, and are confirmed in your Pro-forma Invoice (PI).
1. Payment methods accepted
- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) — the most common option for international buyers.
- L/C at sight — irrevocable Letter of Credit payable at sight against shipping documents.
- Western Union — useful for small sample payments and quick top-ups.
- PayPal — available for small sample payments and online orders under a published cap.
Cash and personal cheques are not accepted for international orders, and we do not request payment to a personal account under any circumstances.
2. Sample orders
Sample orders are normally prepaid in full before dispatch. Typical sample cost covers:
- Material cost (board section + colour).
- Courier freight (DHL / FedEx) at the buyer’s expense.
Free colour chips are supplied as a matter of course on request — no payment is needed for the colour card itself, only for the courier if it must reach you by air.
3. Production orders (bulk)
The standard terms for a first bulk order are:
- 30% deposit by T/T upon Pro-forma Invoice, used to open the production slot.
- 70% balance by T/T against a copy of the Bill of Lading, released before original documents are sent.
For repeat buyers with established history, open-account or longer-term arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. L/C at sight — what’s needed
If you are paying by L/C, we will draft the L/C terms together with you to ensure they match the agreed Incoterm and shipment window. Standard document set against L/C:
- Signed Commercial Invoice in triplicate.
- Full set (3/3) of original Bills of Lading, marked freight as agreed.
- Packing List.
- Certificate of Origin (Form E / A / F as applicable).
- Insurance policy (for CIF terms only).
Issuing and advising bank charges are at the buyer’s account.
5. Currency & bank charges
Quotations are normally issued in USD. Other major currencies (EUR, GBP, AUD, JPY) are available by arrangement — please confirm before booking. All bank charges at the receiving and intermediary banks are deducted from the payment amount and re-invoiced on the commercial invoice.
6. Receipts & reconciliation
Once payment is received and reconciled, we will email a payment receipt with:
- Invoice number and date.
- Amount received in the agreed currency.
- Bank reference / transaction ID.
- Outstanding balance (if any) on the next invoice.
Reconciliation typically takes 1–3 working days after the funds reach our account.
