How a WPC order is made
From raw material check to container loading, every stage follows a documented quality plan with inspection records kept per batch.
Raw material check
Wood fiber, recycled polymers and additives are sampled and verified before any batch is released to the line.
Mixing & extrusion
Formula is mixed to spec and extruded into profiles on dedicated WPC lines with temperature control.
Surface & cooling
Capping, wood-grain embossing and calibration run inline; profiles cool and straighten on automated racks.
Cut & finish
Boards are cut to order length, end-processed and inspected for dimension, color and surface defects.
Pack & protect
Profiles are bundled with edge protection, wrapped and strapped ready for container loading.
Load & document
Loading is supervised and photographed; shipping documents and batch records are provided with the shipment.
